Shipping Policy
Regarding Delivery Time of the product, Products will be delivered to customers in Minimum 5-7 days of time and Maximum 8-10 days of time
Currently, we are shipping Only in India. We do not ship Internationally at the moment, however, we will start the same soon & please do visit our website & instagram page for daily updates Order will be shipped after 2 to 3 working days depends on products.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Replacement of the product is eligible Only in case of damage, or missing products. The opening video is compulsory for any type of complaint without opening video from start to end we couldn’t manage to solve your problem. Our Replacement and returns policy last 07 days. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Replacement is eligible Only in case of damage, or missing products. We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
